Cancellation Policy

Purpose of this policy

This policy sets out the circumstance that a student is entitled to a refund and the procedure a student must follow to withdraw from a course, program, coaching, workshop, group courses, special events or any of the products and services offered by Pune Institute Of Management Learning to get a refund. Pune Institute Of Management Learning believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore has offered this detailed cancellation policy.

Applicability

This process is contingent upon payment of the Application Fee and the Enrolment/Course Fee or a fee called by any other name, for the course/program/coaching/workshop/group courses/special events within the set timeline (due date) before the start of the course in advance, for the full amount and get a confirmation of such payment made from Pune Institute Of Management Learning

Cancellation Policy

Under this policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed by creating user names and communicated to client by triggering email from learning management system or Institute prep and application platform thereby using a subscribed and paid for license on the platforms.

Cancellations if any are additionally subject to the policies of payment gateway, payment processors/banks and the method of payment – debit/credit card, online, , number of days, time , transaction, costs are all subject to these.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Pune Institute Of Management Learning marketing team has obtained on special campaigns or customized solutions which are built specific to a client. These are limited customized offers which are not open to others for sign ups, therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded which includes user name access creation, actual access, custom built programs/courses , special programs/courses programs/courses that have started, In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.

  • 1 - The Application Fee is not refundable.
  • 2 - If you defer starting a Course and then cancel the Course, the original Course Start Date before your request for deferment(s), will be used as the Course Start Date to determine whether a refund is to be made.
  • 3 - No refund will be made where the Institute cancels, suspends or terminates your enrolment as a result of Your Fault.
  • 4 - If you are under 18 years old, the refund may be paid to you but only with the authority or consent of your parent or legal guardian.
  • 5 - The Institute may:
    (a) request further information or evidence to confirm that you are the person entitled to receive the refund or give a direction to pay the refund;
    (b) pay the refund by bank draft or company cheque or telegraphic transfer to bank on case to case basis depending on the specific situation
  • 6 - All refunds will be made in INR only, unless the Institute’s bank is unable to do so in which case the refund will be made in the equivalent USD calculated using the bank’s exchange rate for the relevant date of transfer. The Institute is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations, delays or loss of refund in transit (mail, courier, telegraphic transfer or otherwise) as a result of any/incorrect information provided by you.
  • 7 - How to withdraw from a course and get a refund
  • (a) Send an email from the registered email address with a request.
  • (b) Provide all documents supporting the reason for your withdrawal and confirming your identity as well. The institute may ask you to sign documents for confirmation.
